Adobe asked me to "refresh" a previous guide about creating exceptional experiences. That sounds as though it would be quick and easy, but the characters I invented—Alana and Thilo—had way too much fun as they went through their days, enjoying experiences enabled by technology everywhere from Starbucks to TopShop to Dollar Shave Club.,


And the Adobe designer added to the fun by animating those experiences. It's great fun for me to see my words literally come alive and to hear the delighted reaction of readers.
